The standard check-in time for our accommodations is 4 PM, allowing ample time to ensure your accommodation is perfectly prepared for your arrival. We kindly request that guests complete their check-out by 11 AM on their day of departure, enabling us to maintain a seamless transition for incoming visitors.
If you’re staying with us and haven’t booked your ferry, visit ontarioferries.com for schedules, online reservations or phone to call for assistance. Premium dates and weekends fill up fast through summer so book well in advance. Our cancellation policies include grace around cancelled ferries due to inclement weather or mechanical failure but not around… “I forgot to book my ferry”
